REFUND POLICY

Overview 

Returns are permitted through specific guidelines. Notification of the return is required prior to processing. If for any reason you would like to contact us, email info@rebeccaalston.com. State your reason for wishing to return items, as well as information of the carrier and address.
 
You may return artwork within 15 days of receiving your order. There are no returns on custom orders.
 
Shipping
 
Clients are responsible for shipping, packaging, and postage costs of return. Please allow up to 15 business days for a full refund.
 
Artwork must be in perfect condition. You must ensure that the artwork is returned in the original or equal quality shipping material. We will not accept damaged items that wish to be returned from clients.
