SHIPPING POLICY
Rebecca Alston Studio insures and ships all original artwork and editions to customers within the Continental United States*. Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within five business days after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your piece will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it, and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please call us immediately at 917-541-7271 if there are any problems.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, the courier may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply. However, this does not apply to customers in the UK, where all Duties and VAT are already included in the purchase price. For any questions, please reach out to info@rebeccaalstonstudio.com.

Address Changes
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, send a notification soon as possible at info@rebeccaalstonstudio.com. This includes out-of-date addresses on accounts. Failure to provide notification of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
